unhealthy fats:
Trans fats
in processed foods harm the mind and contribute to heart disease, stroke,
diabetes, obesity and cancer. Eating these fats affects memory and also
increases the risk of depression by as much as 50%.

is one of the worst foods that harm the brain and memory. Sugar increases
attention and mood, causing learning and depression problems. High blood sugar
affects the brain, especially the memory-related part.
Drink
water:
The
amount of water affects the brain. Water is one of the best stimulants for the
brain. The water is 73%, so it is necessary to keep drinking eight glasses of
water daily.
Ensure
nutritional balance with vitamins:
There is a

of the brain and memory, such as vitamins (C, D, E, K, B) that promote memory,
